Movement Vitals is a process to evaluate the inter-dependence and find areas of improvement to ensure good healthy movement patterns and reduce mortality over the long run.
This recipe assesses upper, lower, and trunk mobility in a functional context to help determine any marked limitations that should be addressed to reduce risk of injury or tissue overuse.
Considering the human body cannot perform in isolation, this process assesses strength from a functional context that integrates multiple body parts.
Although there is no guarantee to mitigate falling injuries, this score offers a baseline that can be a comparison to normative data or for later reassessments.
This time tested assessment uses blood pressure and perceived exertion to evaluate your aerobic fitness capacity over a series of graded resistance or inclines and speeds.
Once the assessment is complete, there is an optional review process to deep dive into the opportunity list and establish goals.
Once the goals are understood, there is an option to begin a training schedule for in-person or online prescription to optimize each category.
